Is there a simple way to get assistants on site for disabled folks?

Is there a single session designed for people who need simple language and easy access to complicated information?
I'm not talking about kids here because referring disabled adults to children's things is not an option.

Is there a system for communication accessibility (like communication badges, TEXT based contact info next to every DECT number,...)?

Accessibility is still an issue.
People are putting a lot of energy into celebrating themselves instead of listening to more than one privileged token autistic.

Quiet rooms are still only accessible via talking to strangers and asking them for access (like wtf? we are talking about how quiet areas need to be designed to work for people who can't communicate like that for ages now).
