Someone discovered in 2014 that the RDA of vitamin D is far too low and instead of 600 IU it should be around 9000 IU.

"RDA for vitamin D is 600 IU per day" factoid actualy just statistical error. average person recommended 6000 IU per day. Vitamins Georg, who lives in cave & dies if he takes over 6 IU per day, is an outlier adn should not have been counted
