I really really wish I had thought to ask for help and support when I was a teen. It's easy to feel lost, and overwhelmed, especially when it is easy for adults to say "ah, that is just you being teenage!". Plenty of adults have some of the same problems you are having, they are the problems of being human. This does not make them easy to deal with, but getting good support now will hopefully give you tools to deal with the same problems when you are older.

@aleax @Dalmaty I would say if you can access some sort of therapy, of have people you can talk to about yourself reliably do so. What you are describing sounds like you are overwhelmed, which whilst not being uncommon during adolescence, is still SUPER hard to deal with. Also, what you are describing about your body hurting is a common effect of being overwhelmed and stressed for too long, and it isn't a good place to be at all.

@ShinyUnicorn Thank you so so so much for the work you do. Every experience I have ever had in a hospital, either as an in patient or supporting someone who was one, has been made bearable by the nursing staff. Yous illuminate and humanise hospital experience. I have heard so many tines from nurses the ways in which they feel/are overlooked and disrespected, and the overworked on a low wage, expected to be miracle workers.
I'm sorry you are having a hard time. You deserve better.
