@cassolotl done. You say in the intro about putting assignation at birth being optional to get more data about differences in clinical treatment of AFAB and AMAB NB folks. May have been useful to ask "what gender do you identify with" and "what gender did you submit as to the gender clinic" as I know a few people (myself included) who said one thing ("Hi, I am Manny McManerson, how may I be masculine for you today") and are another.

@Halberd This is a good thought. I will take that into account in future surveys, because you are one of many people I know of who present as a different gender than the one they are to make extra sure they get the treatment they need. Thank you. :)
