Huge red flag for me is when consulting companies reformat and retype your resume. Call it my Van Halen M&M dish but seeing my resume reformatted with a company header and a copyright on it means in just another piece of meat to them.
That's why I put a CC-BY-NC-ND license on my resume. And I just called out a company on violating the license for my resume.

There's way too much Media to consume and a lot of it is hidden and buried under very niche places.
It's recommenced that in order to have a more fulfilling soulistic experience in the Media consumption and aggregation cycle is to produce your own Media and fill your own niche for others to find.
Don't be afraid to produce substandard media. Quality of Media is not important. Only the personal emotional expression, consumption, and aggregation in your niche is important.
This can be applied to all Media. Communication, Computing, Art, and Science Media.
I don't think I've spent this much time playing with a musical instrument in the past few days than I did this past decade.
