@LottieVixen why? it's so unnecessarily difficult and not particularly beautiful
@LottieVixen really? I always found English much easier than French
@FireaLoup English is my first language and I'm also dyslexic, no idea why but French was easier to me.
@LottieVixen okay that's funny, cause French is so full of weird grammar rules and exceptions
@LottieVixen @FireaLoup Both can be quite difficult to spell, both have some funny exceptions and sayings hard to explain. And I think french is quite beautiful too.
It's cool if you love it, you'll find many people here to teach you !
@Sasha @LottieVixen I guess you're right. Maybe I don't like French because I'm the opposite of a chauvinist (in the patriotic meaning)
@FireaLoup @LottieVixen @Sasha Swedish is better than both of those anyway
@FireaLoup @LottieVixen I used to be like that. But french is a language, it has little to do with one state that happen to have it as its official language. On top of that plenty of other interesting people speak french in a very interesting way. And even France's french is interesting ! Don't worry, you won't be judged or called a chauvinist for liking it, as long as you don't believe it's the best for no other reason than being the one you grew up with.
@Sasha @LottieVixen I guess you're right :)
@FireaLoup @LottieVixen
"not particulary beautiful" makes me a sad :(
@Baerd @LottieVixen I can't help it! I don't really like French and I hate my French accent haha.
@FireaLoup @LottieVixen
Loup what do you think about rap?
@Baerd @LottieVixen depends, I don't know much but I like some stuff :) why?
@FireaLoup @LottieVixen
French rap could make you like french a bit more :)
@Baerd @LottieVixen I'm open to suggestions :)

Best rapper since rimbaud (my opinion).
@Baerd @LottieVixen ah oui je connais Fayçal, c'est cool :)
@FireaLoup @LottieVixen
Pour moi c'est un distillat de ce que la langue française peut offrir de plus élégant, même si ma tournure peut sembler alambiquée.
@FireaLoup Because I love it, and when I was learning it, it was much easier than English.
