Je profite d'être ici pour partager un article que j'ai écrit il n'y a pas longtemps, sur les tropes dans la fiction?. Étant une adepte de longue date du site TVTropes, je me suis dit que ça pourrait être une bonne idée d'en parler autour de moi, même si le site est surtout en anglais. J'y ai aussi mis quelques ressources et réflexions personnelles.

L'article vient d'un blog du Monde Diplo, je viens de m'en rendre compte.
Toujours est-il qu'il est signé par Lordon, qui n'est pas n'importe qui.
Ça me gonfle. Quand tu es journaliste au Monde Diplomatique et que tu ignores le sens des mots, c'est quand même assez triste. De plus, c'est facile de dire ça autrement : "Fillon persiste et signe dans le déni/Fillon s'obstine à faire campagne alors qu'il devrait se retirer" etc. Ça, c'est une formulation de flemmard et qui entretient la stigmatisation des maladies mentales.
Bref, mon estime pour le travail journalistique ne va pas aller en s'améliorant avec ce type de formulation.

The fist romance novels in 19eme century advocated woman's freedom (to work, love, married with free choose). It frightened conservative writer, who started there own romance novel, with the schema the woman meet a bad men, get lost, saved the man from its bad habits/get rescued by a nice man, get back to the kitch... house to take care of their children ('caus you know working his bad). And it's this model who win and is still sell know.

The more I use #Mastodon, the more I am impressed by the sheer quality of the posts here, the relaxed nice conversational environment, no invasion of celebrities, focus on content; it is increasingly becoming addictive and after an hour of being here, I don't feel like checking the other accounts, as I get a relatively nice all round view of what is important for my infomation needs and discussions. Amazing how nice it is!
