@madswinther There is a difference of interpretation between US and Europe about freedom of speech. Europe have stricter laws about it, and a recent decision of the European Justice Court confirmed that interpretation by telling that hate speech is not protected by free speech (one of the Far Right leaders of Netherland went to that court to contest a conviction in his country about some hate speech he professed, and lost).

@nein09 The admins of instances can customize what is written on the "Toot!" button (and the various other texts of the user interface). On my instance, it's "Jinx!" instead of "Toot!".
