@BayMax Il y a toujours les sites des groupes d'agences immobilières (Foncia, Laforêt, etc.), ainsi que le site de la FNAIM qui regroupe les annonces d'agences indépendantes.
Tout dépend si tu veux passer par des agences ou non.
Il y a aussi de Particulier à Particulier (pap.fr) si tu veux traiter directement avec un propriétaire.

@Sylvhem L'icône affichée pourrait être celle du site au lieu de celle de mastodon (favicon.ico, exemple: http://witches.town/favicon.ico). Éventuellement, la page pourrait afficher deux images si l'icône de mastodon sert à indiquer le type de serveur.

@Siphonay @vi French nouns have an assigned gender and you can't change them. If you talk about a male owl, you must say "une chouette mâle" ("chouette" is the noun, "mâle" is an adjective).
And "un chouette mâle" is correct, but have another meaning ("a nice male"), as "chouette" is here an adjective meaning "nice", "neat", and not a noun.

All the pokémon names are masculine in french, even though I think some should be feminine. For "nidoran", I think it should be masculine, because the word ends in "an", not "ane".

En réalité, ce n'est pas toujours explicité, mais beaucoup d'éléments laissent penser que les jeux Mario sont des pièces de théatre et leurs personnages des acteurs jouant un rôle dans cette pièce.

This would only work if you could release everything you plan to support at the same date, and nothing afterward. A company doing this would need an oversized quality team during the development that the company would have to fire at the end.
If a new game need to alter the emulator to work well, you need to check all the other games against those changes.

Many games released nowadays for the Switch weight several GB. In comparison, 50 MB for a game is almost nothing.

@fillertrack Outside piracy, there are some arguments against shipping a global emulator and games as DLC.

As SNES cartridge could contain additionnal processors, the emulators needed for running two games may be slightly different.
On PC, emulators try to recognize the games and adapt their behaviour accordingly, often by changing parameters of the emulation.

In a DLC system, the application would need updates for running new games. Updates that may break the already released games. Checking that there is no regressions in already released games is very expensive.

The care for quality leads to release an adapted emulator with each game.

@Erwhann Il y a plusieurs émissions traitant de religion le dimanche matin sur France 2, et pas uniquement sur la religion catholique (ça commence à partir de 8h30). Cependant, la messe du dimance est l'émission la plus longue.
