in my view there are two chief differences:
- cyber/cyberpunk is often pessimistic and dystopic. cybre/cybrepunk encourages optimism and utopic ideas in the same aesthetic range
- cybre acknowledges how damn cyberpunk the world already is and holds up a critical lens to that, able to critique itself and its context

the real difference is cybre.space was available and cyber.space was taken :P but i'm willing to run with it.
