Now I'm so pissed off with the #linux community. #ubuntu #unity dies and I'm seeing comments everywhere saying "I'm happy that it's finally dying". What are you? A bunch of psychopaths? You're all so consumed with your ego telling you that this unity is for the noobs and that you should spend your life working terminals and installing gentoo. You all simply forgetting how influential this desktop has been? How many new users has it attracted? How it helped grow our community?
Does any of that mean anything to you or are you so busy bragging about how your computer is hard to use because unity is so mainstream and you're a hardcore autistic peace of shit?

Guilty as charged, I've never liked Unity and had no idea how beneficial it was until these news spread. Though I never got why people seemed so upset when there was Ubuntu Gnome if you were so unhappy about the interface. Also less choices is always a bad thing in general...
