@shel i think as people who do a lot of Coping we're more likely to use Coping as a Relationship Skill, for better or worse

@shel yeah i was thinking about it bc a new friend, with whom i got dinner and talked about various nonsense, said something about the difficulty of people who 'won't' do self care for themselves, and i was at first like "HEY NOW NOT EVERYBODY CAN" and then i was like ".... what if sometimes that's me?"
