I was happy because I didnt realize that witch is an unofficial term for a specific kind of character, which was precisely the one I chose from the whole option set. I felt: yeah, that's me all right 😊😂 witch nature 💜💜💜

I've now been to the clinic and asked about antiandrogens in response to the question @Dimduning had. Apparently in Japan it's normal not to prescribe any at first and just see if the estradiol does the job by itself, mostly because of concerns about side effects. Then if more is needed other avenues can be explored. I find this quite sensible tbh
