Laser in 30 minutes. Today a big full body session. I'm dreading this a lot. Hopefully these billion ibuprofen I just took will make life bearable 🙏

This morning I feel comfortable in my body. Not dysphoric not even conscious of separation. This comfort first made me think : hey do I even need to transition? But wait: i just had a shot and my hormones are at peak level, so actually perhaps it's the opposite. It's interesting though as I haven't felt this unconscious of my body in awhile...

I think this rehashing of unpleasant memories is a reflex of poison leaving the spiritual body
