I like this pouring cold rain, the smell and the sound and the feel of the air ☔ ❄ ☔ but i would like it more if I hadn't had to cycle to work in it, now very cold. Autumn!

We still have mosquitoes in October this year I observe now after hanging out the laundry

@bea it's not super convenient, but it might be convenient later to have access to an official doctor if i need documentation of some kind, etc, or so I think. liking medical stuff would change the equation though :)

@bea yeah i keep getting recommendations to go diy, but I haven't done it yet... it's convenient to go and have it done for me (also I'm scared of needles). I'm at 15mg biweekly, probably upping the dose soon too ...

@bea yeah that's the program here, double dose biweekly. i feel better the next day always too. i wonder if I just don't sleep well late in the cycle and then finally get rebalanced and just crash ... are you on a weekly?

is it just me who gets sleepy the night of a shot? I found I slept so much last night and the same two weeks ago. Not sure if it's the shot or just being exhausted though 💭
