corporate media accounts appearing in federated timeline 😟 did I just never notice this before?

@Eve I noticed a couple really early. But they're still very few an far between. Like they hear about a new platform and just rush to make a place there without realizing they won't be able to make any money off of it.

wondering now about corporates in here. if they are here knowing there is no money for them, are we happy they are here? I thought for a minute I was ok with it, but actually I'm not so sure ... not having them around is a really good aspect of this place. maybe i should just stay off the federated TL, idk

@Eve I don't think anybody wants them here but kicking them off might make for some trouble? But because it's not a corporate platform that'll acomodate them, I wouldn't worry too much.

Though I even just stay off the federated timeline out of just it going too fast for me to keep up. No real shame for having a reason not to wanna bother with it.
