What is the best way to remember dreams? I should start keeping a dream diary again maybe
@Eve I'm working on this with Ash. What works for us is writing a couple details on the phone immediately as we wake up. And later when we're properly awake, use them to try and piece together the whole dream.
@blytheSpirit I think this is a good way. this is what I did with my diary before, but eventually I only recorded the dreams I found significant, and then slowly moved to none ... I should also start doing it on the phone instead of the computer, that'd be a more easily implemented method
@blytheSpirit I was concentrating too much on having a single universal record I think. I should remember, for everything, that it's not about the preservation of the record but about where the path leads...
@Eve we do both, first phone then computer, but whatever works.
