Wow this is an absurd level of exhaustion. Sick yes travel yes emotionally draining wake yes but I'm so physically tired. Am I just out of shape or is there some muscle mass reducing effect of HRT in play here I wonder?
@Eve probably also your bodies using lots of energy reconfiguring itself so that will take it toll.
