@Eve As for myself I read them in book shops or on internet, as I am a bit poor to afford them all. I did buy some on them edited by Pika, however it is a french one. Now I am wondering if they exist in physical version in english (I have trouble finding them as my searchs only give me french results) ! Maybe it could be worth checking at a book store just to see ?

@Morgane probably I would read them in Japanese, that is quite convenient for me anyway ... (and they are less expensive than translated version too of course)

It's just I never expect people to speak japanese, too used to the few friends I have reading 2-3 words. And not used to speaking with people from there or that are fluent in japanese.

now I looked a bit more so I guess there's 2 series: the original one and then one called xxxholic:Rei （rei=戻 I think). Maybe the right approach is to get the first book of each ...

@Eve I only read the original one for now, haven't touched Rei so I don't know what it's worth. But if Clamp, I am pretty sure it is kind of worth it anyways, they have never disappointed me.
