I like how I've got separate sections of vocab in my brain that are labeled "know how to say it, not spell it" and vice versa, because English Is Really Fucking Hard (sub title: I'm Only Fluent in One Language and I'm Still Terrible at it)

I think the smaller spiders are cute (like smaller than a coin) but the bigger they get the more irrational fear builds up in me...

@cnc I live in colorado so I don't think the main 2 are as common here, but a local friend told me to watch out for "mop spiders" have you heard of them?

@noelle when I was in school, what helped me the most was blocking distracting websites with the browser extension StayFocused

On days where I have a difficult time get things done (or even started) because I never feel "awake" enough to do them, aka brain fog, I find that using "brain training" apps such as Luminosity help me feel more mentally awake and ready to tackle the task(s)

also, I always have an easier time planning/prepping something the night before rather than depending on Morning Me to do it

I hate the uncomfortable halfway point when you def don't feel "fine" but not shitty enough to be "sick" :\
