@noelle when I was in school, what helped me the most was blocking distracting websites with the browser extension StayFocused
On days where I have a difficult time get things done (or even started) because I never feel "awake" enough to do them, aka brain fog, I find that using "brain training" apps such as Luminosity help me feel more mentally awake and ready to tackle the task(s)
also, I always have an easier time planning/prepping something the night before rather than depending on Morning Me to do it
