Furi meshes with me so much better than Dark Souls did. Dark Souls is slow and thoughtful. Furi, you cannot think or you WILL get beat up. You have to just react and flow, and that kind of mind-state in a video game is one of the things I really enjoy.
Or maybe I phrased it poorly... Some segments you have to think very carefully and figure out what you're doing. And when it shifts to melee, it's fast and brutal as unrelenting. Really great AI, too... I've never felt so much like I'm playing mind games with a machine before.
@Dauntless I think a lot of people got absolutely the wrong impression of Furi because tip to toe, that's a bullet hell
