Hi, update
After making a shit ton of calls and working with the property managers they were willing to make an exception and overrode the screening. They're drawing up the paperwork to add me on as a roommate and I'll sign it Monday. Thank you everyone who boosted this and reached out, it means a lot how far this reached. I feel extremely lucky this worked out, I'm not used to that and it's why I hit full panic mode yesterday
