It's really helped me rationalize and understand my ideation as something happening on a scale like that

Like its really hard for me to decribe how hard last year was where I stumbled past at least 5 new 10s where in the previous year had maybe 1.

The past two days have hit me hard like at an 8 where I haven't ideated in a while because I kinda had logical floodgates up that failed.

'lets see how I feel tomorrow' probably kept me from doing anything rash, aside from my own hastily made floodgates

@CursedConfetti I've been known to say "sometimes, the best answer is 'let's try and get some sleep'" before, so I know precisely what you're saying.

Ugh... Life is full of ups and downs. It can be so overwhelming sometimes.
