Though because of toki pona,

Doesn't really mean think/wonder/decide.... Its kinda ' executive function'

According to the official book it means power, strength, courage, energy, etc.

Executive function seems more like it would fall under lawa.

Perhaps the compound word might be:

lawa wawa

(Ruling power)
