What does one do with a warband/adventure party in a fantasy city, other than hire more people, rest at a tavern, and get quests?
I'm feeling short on ideas.

get involved in a riot or uprising
play at politics
try and get rich through trading
try to find out stories of other lands from passing travellers
@Concerned_Catgirl Ooh, travellers' tales is a good one and should be easy to implement in this :)
