@Concerned_Catgirl I haven't actually managed to get a dream journal off the ground myself, but I'd probably content myself with just remembering _one piece_ of a dream per day, and writing that down

@Concerned_Catgirl @kara hell start with nothing. Every day try to remember something, if you don't remember anything write "I can't remember anything from my dream today, but I woke up feeling this...". Sounds silly, but I think it might work.
