@Concerned_Catgirl Reality checks help me not at all, I've had some luck with awake induction. But yeah the sleep schedule is probs the hardest part.
@oneirofaerie all of the inductions also require me to wake up at random times and go back to sleep urgh
@Concerned_Catgirl I see I see. I wake up at semi random intervals anyways so it was working for me for some time
