@oneirofaerie I tried getting into it but I cant scrape together a regular sleep schedule and keep forgetting to do reality checks
plus I cant do all of hte other stuff

@Concerned_Catgirl I see I see. I wake up at semi random intervals anyways so it was working for me for some time
@Concerned_Catgirl Reality checks help me not at all, I've had some luck with awake induction. But yeah the sleep schedule is probs the hardest part.
