I made this cutie today, using some pretty fun SNOT(Studs Not On Top) construction! Although I did have trouble finding parts for the suspension
My thinking is the antennae are because its a command tank and needs the long radio range to boss other tanks around. The blue flag plays nicely off the yellow colour scheme down below, which has nice stripes in white and dark bluish grey. The technical parts of the turret are in light bluish grey and stand out quite nicely. It looks to me kinda like a universal carrier. it has quite a low profile but that wouldnt be particularly helpful for stealth thanks to that flag and the bright colours
