@sydneyfalk @Concerned_Catgirl I'm pretty sure there's a cycle here but it has more stages wherein the places oligarchs don't bother to live in get run-down or foreclosed and reclaimed by homeless, who are replaced with lower-class workers... or something like that.

technically this isn't a cycle, but I'm not complaining, I still like the message involved
(a cycle would involve working class people displacing oligarchs somehow, and we all know THAT is impossible)
