I keep seeing the "Saints row's character creator is revolutionary" toots and it's really funny reading all the theories, knowing people who worked on the games, they've all admit they just really wanted WWF No Mercy's Create-A-Wrestler system, but in a 3rd person game.
The 1st 3 Saints row games pretty openly wear their wrestling influence on their sleeve.
Granted, I guess the most frustrating for me was Tilt and Tumble, but even that's still interesting, especially for the time.
Played Kirby's Epic Yard today for the first time. Very cute and relaxing.
And that's near every Kirby game, but still...
