@grime_witch At leat theres Fast Racing Neo/Fast RMX but I know for a lot of people that's not really a replacement.

I think the reason given has ussually been they don't know how to spice up the formula.

But optional gyroscope controls for turning would likely work pretty well.

Also none of the F-Zero games ever went online.

And hell, they could expand upon the create a car feature in GX and like have you share your creations online. Maybe do a create a track feature too?

But yeah, my favorite golf game is We Love Golf. It's basically Capcom's take on Mario Golf. Because it's Camelot, who made the Mario Golf games, and with the kind of art style and gameplay. This time with unlockable capcom character costumes, And it's Wii, so there's waggle, but its gentle in the waggle and obviotusly is intuitive.

Point is I have a weakness for golf videogames.

@fillertrack What people also don't undertand is that consoles just LIVE LONGER in Japan than they do in the US. And so there's Japanese dev that won't jump ship this fast because they haven't before. And the eshop makes it less of a risk and quicker to bring their games over elsewhere. So that's also helping to keep the system alive outside of Japan.

But it makes think I could do this again. Like wanna pick up that idea for a mecha anime themed podcast. Or one with @berserkx33 about retro or freeware games or something.

I think I'm the only person not surprised by the Crash trilogy on Switch thing? Because like... there were Crash games on the GBA and Gamecube
