Basically add more personal ways to interact with the monster you raise. Maybe have the monster be used as farm animals instead as an option alternative for using them in battle. Like selling monster milk, eggs, feathers, scales, etc. to make a living as another way you can make money aside from tournaments.

I have question for Battle Tech / Mech Warrior nerds, does Battle tech have any original mecha designs at all? Or is it all just plagiarized versions of Dougram, VOTOMS, Macross, etc. designs? Because all I've seen of Battle Tech mechs are just the rip off designs.
I wanna start streaming again, but I feel like it I might need another person to do it with.
