Bulma has been eternally goals af to me tbh. Well despite the whole bougie heiress thing.

Also Bulma is like one of the rare cases of a manga character outside of shoujo/josei that actually regularly changes their outfit and seems to have some kind of style. Everybody in Dragon Ball has it to an extent, but not as much as Bulma.
