JRPG pet peeve: when there's a puzzle section in a dungeon but you still get into fights while you're trying to solve the dang puzzles.
Another JRPG pet peeve: when the last dungeon is way longer and more convoluted than any other dungeon because it's supposed to be the "final challenge" but it ends up being a huge slog that kills the momentum leading up to what's supposed to be the climax of the whole dang game.
"Tell the players the important info twice so it sticks in their heads.
And then do it 18 more times for good measure.
Also do this for unimportant info"
@grime_witch @Noelle808 That's making me want healing items to expire after a hour or two. So you're encouraged not to use them. But I'm sure that brings in a thousand other problems.
