Bidoof/Bibarrel has an abillity called Moody that boosts a stat by two stages and lowers a stat by one stage every turn. This ability that once made it one of the strongest pokemon in existence. The people in Smogon got so incredibley mad that a beaver was able to keep up with legendaries and dragons that it was banned from Ubers (really a banlist and not an actual competitive tier) for aesthetic reasons alone.
