Hmm. So, suppose you had a metal that wasn't affected by gravity. That is to say, it had mass but not weight. How would it behave? What would weapons and armor made from it be like? Would you find the stuff on planets at all, or would it all get slowly ejected into space, as the surrounding substances pushed down and it failed to push back? :/

@BertL Ehh, it depends. You would need /different/ strategies, certainly, but I'm not convinced it's inherently harder. Now, it doesn have one advantage in that the management is much closer to the ground, so any suspicious activity should be acted upon much faster. We'll see how much thats worth next election cycle. :/
