@oneiro Well, lots of historical scenarios. And the player would be subject to the various problems of ridership and have to worry about coups and the like. I'd also like to show all the ways that things can go wrong and an Empire can collapse, like what happened so frequently in ancient history. Maybe have some kind of mechanism for succession - if you're playing a democracy, then you get a political party, and occasionally have to deal with another party getting power. If you're playing a dictator, then your chosen successor will take over, unless someone else runs a coup. That kind of thing. :/
@oneiro Well, I'd like to make the thing flexible enough to ha dots of scenarios. And so have it show the challenges inherent in making the world a better place. Maybe even help us learn about how we can solve them, if I'm really gonna be ambitious... XD

@Laurelai Aye, fair enough. I do like the idea - it would be nice to solve the issue with diplomacy. Honestly, if we just had a competent leader who could set up a meeting with Kim and hash all that out, it'd be great. A simple deal of safety would probably be enough to sway him. Getting the rest of his government to go along with it would be harder, but even just getting him to retire to a nice beach house in Florida might 've worthwhile if it destabilized N.K. Assuming that doesn't end with them going nuts and attacking their neighbours or anything. I don't think that's where we're at right now though. XD
@hypolite When I first read it, I didn't see any politics at all. Now I see them /everywhere/, and relatively radical ones at that. XD
