What is a nation? It's an organization of human beings on a territory.
Is it something more than a single human being? For instance, is a nation beyond the laws meant for its citizens?
I don't agree. Any law meant for human beings should also apply to nations. A nation that kills, for instance, should be prosecuted for murder.
@Eidon Law... Isn't really about justice. It's about power. It can, under some circumstances, approximate justice, but it's not really the same thing. :/
