@kaniini @jeff Combine with federation and a decent array of moderator tools, I think I can actually tackle this fairly well. Each server gets to choose their own policy for anonymity - none, pseudo (You need an account, and the mods for that server can see who you are, but no one else can), and total (No account, no tracking, no nothing). That, combined with varying policies on moderation - None, reports and deletions after the fact, each post needing prior moderator approval, and instances being able to block or suspend each other, or even just "all anonymous content" from each other, will allow for a pretty high degree of finesse. :/
