@mallaidh @Angle they adderall is an opiate. its more highly controlled than poisons in australia due to its addictiveness.

i've used H once in the past, that helped and codine (oxy) helped too.

I do not suggest using them as alternatives over long periods of time....they are very expensive and generally quite illegal without a script :p

I take Adderall daily myself (prescribed) and it honestly keeps me somewhat sane

@LottieVixen @SilviaFox @mallaidh Yeah I do the same thing. There are various things I've found which can help - music, exercise, making food sometimes, seeing people, etc. I still go through relatively frequent crashes though. :/

Have you tried meditation? I have and while it's not as effective as adderall I think it helps a little bit. :/

I have but it was super hard (see impossible) without my then partner, forcing me to do it....eugh i wish i could just i cant make myself do it.

third time watched youtube videos amazed with the fact I could focus, spent a lot of time crying too.

@LottieVixen @Angle yeah codeine is just, hard stuff and the effect is really just slowing you down as i understand it

those trains and jumping between them doesn't cause the loss of the others! I can kinda trace things back and keep things in my mind, it's really nice to be able to do that

@LottieVixen @mallaidh Hmm. It might just be that you have a weird reaction to that drug - it's fairly common for reactions to vary. There are some people who have stimulants put them to sleep, for example. :/
