I'm afraid to blow up in the future if I continue on this rate.
Keeping all "little" moderation for myself might be not a non-possible task rightnow, but if I take a bit of distance it's eating a loooooot of my time.
It's not that I don't want but usually haven't the time, and I'm not as close as some can be with each others, and trying to be close to everyone is not possible.

There is lot of people using kind of rude words and dumb sentences without any mean inside.
It can be because, well, on other social networks or social places, there is competition, being rude is the basic, or they don't know any alternative to it since they think they have to "fight" in every conversations they have, I'm not a psychologist but it's easy to know that if nobody tell you the existence of something, you will never know.

So...

So, I'm asking if you can take time to correct little incivilities you can see yourself sometime on niu, like if someone said something in a way you don't like, or use rude words that can have been avoided.
It's not about witch hunt, it's about having mature and constructive conversations, using insults and diminish peoples only bring deeply useless pain for everyone.

@Technowix ofc but if you're facing a lot of abusing in any way ... you can slowly ban or delete bad people and filter your instance and close the registration

@r00tobo I don't like the idea of banning people without speaking for the why and so.
And I didn't see people on niu having bad behaviors that need ban, at the farthest I can think is what I said just recently : they need talk about why this can be seen as rude

@Technowix it wouldn't because you have the fed too bad people will come across all instances and you're not a babysitter for people enough you're providing them a good instance with a good up-time and a good server too

@Technowix if someone is finding a rude behavior against him just block that rude person and you're done

@r00tobo I think this should be the last resort, honestly, proactively blocking can be easier, but... well, It's kinda the work of everyone making everyone better for everyone sake ?

@r00tobo That the idea, might be the wrong path, but I'm sure creating less "social waste" by blocking and banning little problematic people isn't leading to anything to improve...

@r00tobo @Technowix Can you do temp bans? Or maybe just empower some moderators to yo around and tell people to behave? Or I guess there are probably subtler approaches to take, though I don't know them and don't want to look them up right now, as I just had an hour stolen. :/
