On another note, anyone have any advice for writing a resume? I'm going to put in a few applications in local bookstores and libraries. XD
@Angle Yeah, what @Waldenpond said: make the resume peculiar to each recipient. Show you know their particular business. Even if it's just noting their location for retail (e.g.) or mentioning them by name in the resume. No more than 2 pages. Let a short paragraph at the top function as a 'cover letter' and customize it to your target. Also try to focus on only related experience or hobbies. People's eyes glaze at a long list of unrelated activities. They only care about their business, not you.
