Hmm. Anyone have any recommendations for exercise routines? Not anything too crazy, but a basic "get in shape" kind of thing. XD
@Miller_Geek Mmm, I like push ups and cycling. I've heard that sit ups have comparatively little exercise value though? :/
@Angle sit ups, and crunches are very commonly performed with poor form. AFAIK when done properly they are pretty good at working the muscle groups they intend to without needing any equipment.
@Angle IMO the hardest part is sticking with a routine, so finding or building a group of ppl to work out with regularly can help keep you on track.
@Angle Oh, and if running is your thing, there's an app called Zombies Run! that is great for self motivating. They also have a 5k training version that is excellent if you're new to running, as it starts really slow and builds up.
@Angle https://darebee.com/programs.html has some good routines. :)
@noelle Holy shit where has this site been? I've been looking for something like this! :0
@Angle No.
But if you want to get 'out' of shape I have many wonderful and proven recommendations.
I've got you covered there.
I own it.
@Angle the Hackers’ Diet is classic. No equipment needed.

The XBX (Ten Basic Exercises) Plan is an exercise program developed for the Royal Canadian Air Force for women. The program consists of charts that get progressively more difficult, and takes 12 minutes per day after users get past the beginning levels.
Basic, old-fashioned, free, everything you could want in an exercise program.

@Angle I'm a big fan of body weight excercises (push ups, sit ups, etc) and cycling.
