What if Twitter adopts Activitypub or status and starts federating with Mastodon? I guess that's when we'll know that mastodon won... XD
@Angle Alternatively, it could suggest Twitter wants to just let everyone do their development work for them.
@salameleon Twitter federating would mean they'd lose the advantage of the network effect. which would maen that in order for them to do so, they'd need to have already lost out on the benefit of the network effect. So, we'd have won.
