i nuked the birdsite account similarly in october, but I had other things to replace it : messaging my SO, witchestown, reading more articles...
Leaving social media will do wonders to make you take some of your time back for meaningful things but it won't work if you're isolating :( It's only bad to cut off all support lines
you're never a bother here as long as you tag your CW, but sometimes nobody answers because we're basically almost all in the same case so we don't always have what it takes to help each other
