the secret world's reddit has a grouchy beta tester who spends an awful lot of time shitting on the relaunch. i don't think their NDA is working quite as well as they think it is seeing it's just preventing the people who actually like the game from talking about it
i don't have anything against NDAs in theory but when it makes it so the only consequence for breaking the NDA is maybe losing access to the closed beta of a free to play relaunch of a game they've already finished it's hard to understand why they didn't just hire a paid beta test team
@takaeri NDA's on regular people is a weird thing. Like, I am in the quake champions closed beta but like, are they really gonna do shit if I talk about it? I'm not the press so like you can't blacklist me. Worst you could do is take beta access away and that's nbd. 🤷
@Alita yeah it's like the secret world legends beta is fun and all but if they take my access away it's like oh dang guess i'll have to wait until it's released in may
