Real talk: I'm sick and tired of Dark Souls and want a new Armored Core game because every other time I pop into some game chats it's just people talking about Souls lore and I cannot get behind it at all

I just played some of 3 and beat this one really tough dam mission, the controls are really difficult to get used to but it feels so satisfying when you get somewhere
Armored Core is fun
@Zeether omg, Armored core was like the core of my gaming experiences growing up, I definitely want a new AC game but they kind of really fell down and exploded with ACV. @Zeether Ah, that'd be kind of nice if true, but I played a bit of ACV while renting it and just dropped it. It didn't feel as fun to play and they got rid of back weapons wtf, those were the best! I'm really hoping for a new one, I don't mind if it's AC4's fast mech style or previous AC's slow mech style though I love both. It just has to not be always online.
@AlexandriaYandere I think given the amount of time since Verdict Day they could go back and pull off something good, as long as they don't do the whole always online thing
@AlexandriaYandere The free battle mode works still though from what I saw. Miyazaki did mention in an interview that he wants to do a new one and I feel like they'd just reboot the franchise and go with something like For Answer since he worked on that one
