Also, having shorted or darker days can trigger such a downward spiral. Anyways: Here is someone who sends you lots of positive energy, with some sun rays I recollected on mid-day.

One thing that also saddens me, is the fact that I need some extra effort to put the focus on the perpetrators, instead on the victim. So, to write the sentence in active, instead in passive form.

Last year, 5 men r*ped in Pamplona an 18 year old woman, while she was barely conscious. It has come out that it isn't the first time they orginasi themselves to commit such a crime, plus themselves filmed a video of a previous r*pe to have a laugh with their friends.

After the r*pe in Pamplona, one of them decided to contract a detective to follow the victim. They found out she kept on with life, and decided to present that as proof that she wasn't r*ped(!).

Guess which proof the judge has accepted, and which not.

On the upside, today there is (was?) a huge demonstration in Madrid against this atrocity

(I still wish no demo was need)

I read that a catalan teacher was arrested accused of "hate speech" on birdsite. He still doesn't know which tweets they are talking about, but he guesses that they mean those tweets where he criticided the guardia civil's (military spanish police) brutality, and calls it "inhuman".

If so, here we go: guardia civil are a bunch of psychopats, capable to beat up innocent people that just want to vote., and they should be profoundly ashamed about their behaviour.

Now come and arrest me too if you dare.

I just met an ex-coworker (one of the few nice ones) and tild him I'm sorry he has to go to work. After that I felt better. I guess I was telling him that more to myself than to him.

I learned that we have to pay ourselves for that "party", so I'm super glad I told I'm not going.

I could just tell them that I can't go, without explanations or excuses on why. It seems it was just accepted, like that.

When they assumed I would go, maybe there was just some misunderstanding?

The people in my project planed their christmas "party" for the 8th december, in a place with bad public transport communication. They planned it in august, when I wasn't still there.

The bad part comes when they first send me the invitation, but then assume I will attend without even asking me before. I feel like saying no by myself will not really be accepted (but still have to try it), and I have a strong feeling that being trapped with my co-workers, in the middle of nowhere will be a terrible situation. And all this as unpaid worktime. What cheers me up is to know that if I feel too anxious, I can always take a sick leave.

Shitty politician made sexist comment on birdsite implying that men can't be touched (emotionally). People, including men, pointing out his sexism. I like it.
